Meet the Holiday Homes in Italy Team

Shall we start with an introduction to the team! Holiday Homes in Italy are a small team, but perfectly formed!

Mark Slaviero - Director
Owner of the business and an Italian Speaker, Mark works on a part time basis and is responsible for assisting clients throughout the UK to identify their ideal home in Italy and liaising with our Italian agents. Mark is also involved in marketing and developing key strategic relationships. Prior to launching Homes in Italy, Mark was a Director of a UK Chamber of Commerce and has also worked overseas in marketing and teaching as well as working for a newspaper and at Polygram in the UK. A graduate of marketing and languages from Leeds University, Mark is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Institute of Directors.
Mark enjoys a good work out, is addicted to his i-pod and loves liquorice. A quiet type, he doesn't like to talk much (joke!)
Emma Brice - Director
Silent partner but deadly ambitious!

Kate Smith - Business Development/Rentals Manager
Previously responsible for managing a holiday rental operation, Kate has had extensive experience in the hotel and catering industry and has worked for leading hotel, conference and accommodation booking companies. So if you are thinking of renting for a short period before buying or wish to rent out your property in Italy, contact Kate and she’ll be happy to assist. Kate loves to sing in the office (well, most places). She also has a Dalmatian called Molly and can currently be found shrinking at an incredible pace! so far Kate has lost nearly 50lb in weight and is setting herself some amazing challenges for charity along the way!

Laura Saleri -Property Manager
The newest member of our team, Laura is based on the beautiful Lake Garda in Italy, Laura has taken charge of Holiday Homes in Italy new property management venture.  Laura came to us in 2011 as an intern on a 6 month placement and impressed us so much that we made her part of the team!

Eliana Andolfo - Sales Manager (Estate Agent)
Eliana works on an adhoc basis and is responsible for assisting our client sales in Italy. She is able to accompany clients on visits if required, organise accommodation and assist with the after sales practical issues of setting up a bank account, arranging utilities, phones and home maintenance. She can also assist relocation covering permits, education, car registration, etc.
Prior to working with Homes in Italy, Eliana has worked in the UK in various export and logistics positions, as well as establishing a translation service. Eliana loves to Salsa on a Friday evening and a full bodied glass of red wine.
