Skiing in Trentino - a great choice for skiing in the Dolomites


Trentino in the north of Italy offers a magical winter landscape with some of the most well known ski resorts in Italy in the wonderful Dolomites.
Trentino has well groomed pistes, beautiful scenery, excellent facilities and friendly people.
The Dolomites offer a wide range of winter activities including downhill skiing, cross-country, snowboarding and ice-climbing in hundreds of kilometres of pistes.
Trentino has two of the largest ski circuits in the Alps, the {Dolomiti Superski} and the {Skirama Adamello Brenta}.
{Skirama Adamello Brenta } offers 360km of pistes and includes the ski resorts of Madonna di Campiglio, Andalo and Marilleva.
{Dolomiti Superski} area includes the well known Sella Ronda circuit. This area offers over 1,200km of pistes and includes the ski resorts of Canazei, Campitello, Selva Val Gardena, Predazzo, Cavalese and Kronplatz.
The region of Trentino is home to many historic towns (including Bolzano and Trento), craft shops, castles, museums and not forgetting a part of the wonderful Lake Garda.
Trentino is famous for its wine and there are many regional specialities including mountain cheeses, sausages and pasta. There are many typical restaurants which display the sign 'Osteria Tipica', where you can find traditional dishes prepared with local produce.
